Since I am convinced that Surge build is better and more consistent than an early ult max build during the mid game (8-25) minutes, this build focuses on Surge during that time, and then enables late game ults with Unstoppable and healing items when you unlock the T3 ult at 30k souls, roughly 25 minutes into the game (1200 Souls Per Minute)
