1st flex slot is berserker, 2nd is healbane or sell resto shot, sell resto shot/enduring spirit for warp stone if needed, 3rd flex slot is bullet armor, sell enduring spirit if you still have it for colossus if needed, once you have leech you can sell enduring spirit/bullet lifesteal for slots if needed. Sell mystic reach/bullet lifesteal/bullet resist shredder for more items if the game goes very late.

Max 1 for faster farming, 3 next for stacking malice in team fights. Go crippling headshot if there are a lot of tanks.
