As with most support builds, try to duo lane if you can but you can still get some value out of solo laning and being supportive later

Left to right in terms of prio

Don't bother getting extra charges until you get tier 5 lifesteal
Prio is left to right

Getting closer to your allies to help them heal more can be helpful, but don't focus the gap closing abilities unless you have free slots, otherwise just hug your allies
