Enduring Spirit first then as needed, Monster Rounds if losing lane

Generally left to right but Lifesteal if needed and Healbane/Decay if they have a lot of heal

Reach on either nade or beam, Cooldown and Surge on path

Rescue Beam for the build then anything else that you need

Reverb on Grenade
