Ivy Build Description

Mix of popular builds I've seen around and stuff I like to use.
Don't sleep on 2nd Kudzu charge. But feel free to skip, if you really don't like Ivy 1 outside of lane.

No high MMR bait, as that's meaningless anyways atm. Just a guy having fun on Ivy.
