Prioritize itmes to the right if you don't need tons of healing

Swap armor buy order if facing heros with high spirit damage
You can also skip healing booster if you really don't need it

The items you need to specilize

Focus on gun + ult
Sell high velocity mag, hollow point and restorative shot

Might need to be bought early
