Look for plays after getting amp stacks from barrage
Major powerspike after satchel and cloak T2 upgrades
Buy Cultist's Sacrifice if you win lane / go even.

For snowballing out of a winning lane and into midgame.

Building more into cooldown reduction on affliction and mobility.
