2 can be defensive/offensive, deals 10% max health damage
and has 80% slow while also denying the ability to shoot through it
pre-cast 3 previous to using 1 and throw during the timer then
shoot on the frame after the nade hits (damage amp on nade% previous to 3 shot)
debuff red/rem for infernus/pocket/etc
