Build core - You return more damage than you take, and you heal from the returned damage.

The core of the build consists of several components
1. The returned damage from Return Fire will heal you if you have Lifesteal items.
2. The percentage of returned damage doesn't take into account the damage you receive or your resistances. So, if you have 100% damage resistance, you'll still return 60% of the damage to the enemy, even though you didn't take any damage. (Yes, it works with Metal Skin.)
3. Mo & Krill's Scorn increases all outgoing damage, including damage from Return Fire.
