Restorative shot is a great extra source of regen
Healing rite for a difficult lane
Monster rounds for depush / pushing / farming.

Building more into bullet shred and gun damage
Activate Blood Tribute when in fights and deactivate between reloads.

Pick an armor type to counter enemy damage
Can opt to sell Battle Vest
Armor Piercing Rounds if you are against a Viscous / Yamato.

Building more into debuffing enemies.

Debuff remover for enemies that apply a lot of non-ultimate debuffs
Divine barrier for removing ultimate debuffs (Pocket, Wraith, etc)
Plated armor has great synergy with tornado bullet evasion.
