If you have 3k early consider Headhunter
Return Fire or Bullet armor not both unless heavy gun team

I'd recommend you pick up 1-2 of these in the mid-game.

If your team needs damage, buy Crippling - If utility, buy Echo Shard
If your team needs anti-heal, buy Ricochet + Toxic
Silencer is also a great late game option.
