At the start of the game, go on the lane normally and get anti-monster bullets.
Now you will push then go kill one camp in the jungle again and again.
The goal is to reach ricochet to clear jungle even faster and take the advantage in late game.
Once you reach glass-canon feel free to replace a T1 item if you do not have flex spots yet.
Once you reached glass-canon, you can whatever you want it will work so feel free to try things such as the active item that allow silence on bullets :)
