This build can be played focusing on either Bird or Charge Shot.
IF BIRD, max Bird before Charge Shot.
Play Bird when:
- You get hella stacks (20+ at the end of lane is low side for this)
AND/OR
- the enemy has multiple disruptable ults and team has limited options
Playing bird means you won't scale chargeshot damage as quickly, play accordingly
