Very Early Development>I find both Singularity and Quantum Entanglement to be quite situational and easily punishable (QE good for gank and some repositions|Ult for Disruption/Vs Solo/Duo)
My philosophy for this build is to build on Mechanical Skill/Aiming and use of abilities to Enhance TTK
