Do not buy these blindly
THINK.

Play around charge
Always make sure that you are charging people TOWARD your team
Charge enemies under tower, walker, etc
REMEMBER TO NOT HEAVY MELEE UNTIL YOU HIT LEVEL TWO ON YOUR CHARGE OR YOU WILL DIE
Aim for the head and you will tend to be fine.
