Only take extra regen if you're really struggling early in lane

Probably only grab first 2 unless your weapon and vitality slots are full
Only take one armor if needed

Titanic and burst fire are core, the rest can be skipped to buy late game items

First fou are core, Soul rebirth is extremely late game and the others are situational
Replace tesla with ricochet when full on slots
