Spooke's hyper carry and support build v3

i spent a stupid amount of time calulating a build and it has some insane synergies.

1. burst fire and fleet foot - burst fire gives 50% slide distance and fleet foot gives 25%, stack those two and you have insane slide to maxamize dps

2. Watchers Covenant and Leech - Watchers covenant has some crazy bullet life steal if you stack some spitit and you pair that with the bullet life steal from leech, in this build you can potentially go upwards to 90% bullet lifesteal with your Covenant active

3 Arcane surge and Surge of power - Arcane surge will increase size and duration of your Covenant while surge of power buffs the fire rate and bullet life steal even further

HOW TO GUIDE: Use Kinetic dash/Arcane surge, use your Watcher Covenant, use fleetfoot, use return fire, slide and beam them, if they try to cc, use Stone form, with superior stamina and enduring speed they cant get away from you and vice versa you should be able to get away quickly.
A fully built Watchers Covenant will provide so much healing in a team fight that you cant lose as long as you do gun damage.
