With all the conditionals, this is (I think) the fastest you can move in deadlock (minus spamming gold statues for spirit scaling but that's lame). This isn't supposed to be used in game but if you're a psycho then go nuts.
Order: Hit rejuv ---> Get low health ---> E-Shift ---> Walk through veil ---> Headshot someone ---> become cat ---> use all actives (except E-Shift)
