Ver 1. Added high velocity mag
Ver 2. Updated AP order. Everything is the same, but instead of
putting 2 points into passive then maxing ult, max ult first. In higher
elo mid is generally done earlier and you might not have max ult by
that point. 150 extra hp isn't really that much.
