Instead of Fleetfoot buy Kinetic early, upgrade into Arcane then buy Spellslinger

I have uploaded a video tutorial on this build on my youtube : "kero2ene" // This build works great for anyone who is already familiar with any Goo Ball / Splatter builds, combos still work the same [Puddle Punch > Right Click > Splatter] or [Goo Ball stun > Splatter > Right Click > Puddle Punch]
Except it has the added benefit of 4 Puddle Punch charges with very little downtime, this allows us to fly around the map with good movement or disappear from fights when they start getting rough
Ultimately this build ends up being a pretty heavy Goo Ball build in the late game though.

Built around intense Viscous movement tech, used for super fast ganks or getting out of fights unharmed.

Based off Goocci's Ball Build so can be used almost exactly the same into the later game, allows for hard carries and preforms perfectly against a full emeny team
