This build soley focuses on Vindicta's gun, flight for fast Escape, and
her lock down to trap and also help get away.
This build works amazing against Abrams and warden
(need debuff remover) since they can't catch you.
I tried to add variations in the build and I pick these items depending on who I am in a lane
against. You can take the cooldowns to increase flight skill timer
